WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in joining as a registered member of GuardChild.  

PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR GUARDCHILD MEMBERSHIP.  By clicking the “I Agree” button, you hereby enter into a binding contract between you, the user, and GuardChild, based on the terms of this Website Membership Agreement recited herein, the Website Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, each of which are incorporated as if fully recited herein.  

Payment
If you elect to become a paying member of GuardChild, you agree to pay all charges for the increased access at the prices set forth on the GuardChild site and upon the terms set forth on that site and in this Agreement (the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website are incorporated herein by reference). All charges are exclusive of any sales tax or other taxes, except as required by applicable law. GuardChild reserves the right to change prices or to institute new charges for the Website or any portion of the Website at any time.  You will be notified on or before the expiration of your annual membership of the price for renewal of such membership, and any changes and institution of new charges implemented during your membership period will apply to subsequent membership periods and to all new GuardChild members after the effective date of the change. All pricing changes will be posted on the Website, and such posting shall be considered sufficient notice to you of such changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing pricing information as posted so that you have notice of such changes. Your continued use of your membership or your failure to terminate your membership, after any such changes are posted or effective will constitute your acceptance of the prices for subsequent membership periods. 

On an annual basis, you will receive an email to the address you provided to GuardChild about 30 days prior to the anniversary of your membership. The email will remind you that the credit card you used for your original membership will be billed on your anniversary date. 
Invoices will be provided electronically to the email account you provided to GuardChild. GuardChild will charge the annual membership fee to the credit card account provided by you. 

You agree that GuardChild may automatically charge your credit card for renewal of your membership without further authorization from you, unless and until you provide GuardChild with at least thirty (30) days notice prior to the expiration of your annual membership that you do not wish to renew your membership or that you wish to change your previously designated credit card account.  You may provide notice that you do not wish to renew your GuardChild membership by contacting GuardChild at administrator@guardchild.com.  If payment is not received by GuardChild from your credit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due from you for your Website membership, upon demand by GuardChild, and any additional fees, including but not limited to legal fees, that may be incurred in pursuing the debt. 

Cancellation
GuardChild will accept cancellations of your membership within the first five (5) days of your annual membership, and you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of that annual membership period. Applicable local law may vary this policy. To cancel your account, please contact GuardChild at administrator@guardchild.com with the subject heading "I want to cancel my membership." 

Termination
Any violation of the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by you is grounds for immediate, permanent and non-refundable termination of your license to use the Website.
